As the owner of Flag Shag, I have always had an affinity for flag designs, especially on t-shirts. Being disappointed in the
inadequare selection of flag clothing on the internet, I decided to take matters into my own hands and began construction on Flag Shag in the summer of 2003.
In October 2003, I launched the site with over 200 flags on it. I am currently working on many other flag designs, including sub national units of several nations.
All flags on this site have been obtained in a lawful manner from one of the following three sources:
1. Flag images were purchased from companies that sell clipart for commerical use, including clipart.com and epsflags.com.
2. Other flag images have been obtained from sites with flags in the public domain, including sodipodi.org and the CIA World Factbook.
3. Other flag images have been drawn by myself.
I do not intend to violate any copyrights, trademarks, or any company's/invididual's artwork. Feel free to contact me with any requests, suggestions or information about flags or my site. I am always open for link exchanges with other sites.
