The Dominica coat of arms features two Sisserou Parrots supporting a shield. I was officially adopted on July 21, 1961. A lion is located on top of the shield. Below, a banner reads “Après Bondie C'est La Ter”. This means “After God The Earth”.

The Dominica coat of arms has a shield that is divided into four sections. They show a palm tree, a banana tree, a canoe, and a frog.
